My husband is on opt. He wants to change to H1B and I want to change to H4.
What's the procesure we need to follow? Thanks a lot!
BTW, can I get a degree as an H4?
He needs to get a job and an employer who can sponsor H1B.
He already got a job as a postdoc at some university.
