有个公司, 两周前面试结束时被告知: probably 下周make decision. 到了"下周"的时候, 和那个director联系过, 被告知: 他们还在等律师的消息(和转H1B有关), 还需要我再meet some other people. 他们不能rush for the decision. 我就等了, 从面世到现在已经2周过去了, 也没让我去meet other people, 也没有任何消息了. 我等的心里急啊, 每天都想今天会不会有电话呢? sigh 哭啊~~~
上来问问大家, 我是就这样默默的继续等下去呢, 还是发个email 给那director 询问以下他们的决定? 因为是个很想去的公司, 所以才想谨慎行事. 怕万一催了,给人家惹烦了, 就不好了. 是吧?

u don't need to ask for a decision again, coz you already did once, which showed your interest to them. that's good but enough. If you keep checking with them, they will feel you're desparate, it won't help. However, some companies do take a while to make hiring decisions. So keep looking and if they come back to you, you can decide at that time.
