是用RIR，non-RIR实在太慢了。

My lawyer used to give me suggestion to do RIR, then have chance to switch and keep the timing.
Don't wait for perm, perm doesn't mean it is good/useful for every person.
Plus you don't know when it will go.

Do sth asap,at most spend some money at that time, don't waste ur time.

Like my case was submitted on 2004/1/1, at sept/1 switch to PERM, whne can it be approved?if it is not approved, will it turned back to RIR?
