If they gave you I-9, that means you must have working permit which you don't have. You cannot work right now untill you have OPT, CPT or H1. Tell them to sponsor your H1B.You can be qualified if you have a BA/BS degree in China.

Remember, you cannot work or your employer will be sanctioned. Check the I-9.

公司知道我要H1，说试用期以后会负责帮我办理。他们不清楚我现在不能工作。我跟HR讲了这个问题，正在等回复。公司对我很有兴趣，我想我应该要求他们直接帮我办H1。不过他们这个试用期也挺合理，毕竟他们想看看我能不能达到他们的要求。不知道我要求他们利马帮我办H1是不是过分要求。
