H1B 8月份才生效，现在可以去加拿大么？

我现在以OPT工作，已经申请到了H1B，生效日期是8月1日。之前申请的加拿大移民已经下来了，我现在如果去加拿大登陆可以回来么？还是应该等到8月1号以后？
哪位知道类似的情况？谢谢！！！

How could you get your H-1 B so fast? Isn't that theybegin to take application for the 20K quota starting May 12th?
我是在学校机构工作的，所以不需要占用名额。申请的时候也没有办加急，2月中旬申请的，4月初就拿到了official letter.

u can . but if u don't get the visa, u can't return here, u have to go back to China to apply for visa. however, the chance that u don't visa is quite slim.

去加拿大landing也是类似的，要求回美重新签证，而不是像旅游那样直接回来。以前有人提过可以怎么样隐瞒landing的事实，然后就跟旅游一样直接回美国了。不过我怎么也没想出这是怎么操作的
