left school for a while, where can i find professional places that can help you on resume, cover letter even mock interview(which is mentioned in that BIG post about MBA job hunting experience)? any idea how much they charge?

do you think it is good or bad to mention the bad things about your old boss? i mean not personal things, but things critical to work. i saw some critical shortcomings of my boss which caused bad performance of his biz. IF i want to mention, i want to show them how i think and what i think is right. but do not know how the interviwer will think.

第二个，人家不问就别说，否则总有背后说长道短的嫌疑。不过很多behavior的问题多多少少都会涉及到这些东西， 到时候说也不吃。
1. 每次从break里面爬起来都是辛苦的, 就象冬天没有暖气从被窝里面出来一样. 如果能认识到这个, 就踏踏实实的找份工作, 何必患得患失呢?
2. 想要才能被欣赏, 先要性格被别人接受. 只注意突出才能的人到哪里都不被欢迎. 老板做错的事和自己没有关系, 至少在找新工作的时候. 退一万步, 知道老板是傻瓜的绝对不只自己一个人. 面试关键还是要讲自己的贡献.

Like cerium said, you can use the scenarios in behavior questions, but better only mention it as "one of my ex-cowoker", do NOT say it was ur ex-boss.
