如果拿到H1-B想跳槽，要新的单位出一些什么材料，麻布麻烦？对以后办绿卡有影响吗？

1) 新employer 办的transfer H1B占用65K办或明或暗20K名额吗?
2) 新employer帮tansfer的H1B是即时生效, 还是有开始时间限制 (例如Oct 1 开始)?

1. 要看原来的H1B是不是占用过名额. 如果有, 新申请就不占了. 如果原来是non-profit不占名额, 新申请就要等名额.
2. 如果没有名额的限制, 新H1B即时生效. 一般是新申请收到移民局的收据就可以开始工作了.
