Around One hour one-way door to door for me: 20 min driving to bart station and walking from the parking lot to the station; 30 min on bart; 10 min walking from bart station to the office.

Most of the time on public transportation is very relaxing, but it will be a completely different story if it's one hour driving.

Driving every day for 1hr one-way is kind of pain.

I have to drive 35mi one-way to work, mostly highway. It takes about 45min to 75min depend on traffic.

The driving is about ahour for me. However, I join carpool for three people.

Walking: 25 min

Running: 15 min

Driving: 7 min

Busing: 10-25 min
