本人在国内有3年多工作经验，本科是Engineering. 拿到 Accounting的Master 之后，现正用OPT工作，公司同意帮助申请H1B和绿卡，本想用Accountant 申请H1B，可是老板在 job description 上的Requirement上写的是Master，律师说Accountant 不需要Master Degree，让选择另一个Title，老板也同意增加工资以达到PW (当然要多干活了) ，我现在的问题是：

1. 如果用Accountant 申请H1B，以后用Accountant申请绿卡是不是不太容易？
   => not hard. I know a few people got GC with accountant position
   
   



2. Job Requirement 上的Master会不会影响H1B的批准？
   => no. that actually will help you. becoz the higher degree the job requires, the more sense it makes to hire a foreigner(H1 holder), as there're not many American accountant with a master degree.

Controllers -- Level 1 Wage: $22.91 hour - $47,653 year
Accountants -- Level 3 Wage: $24.45 hour - $50,856 year

Budget Analysts -- Level 3 Wage: $24.72 hour - $51,418 year

因为是一个小公司，哪一个职位比较让人接受呢？那一个以后申请LC比较容易呢？
