据我所知，不用到临床其他科室轮转，住院医4年，可能还要再作专科1年。工作情况不知道。
Why I heard that you need residency first then fellow for few years? I heard that family practice is the only one which doesn't require fellow experience. Anyone can give some clarifications? BTW, I heard one person got 180K annual salary as a pathologist after his fellowship.
