我也有同感。以前觉得学新东西没什么，换汤不换药。可现在才做了5年，真得已经烦了，不想学了。也没什么兴趣了。上班就是混，钱不太多（以我的2杆子水平也不是很少了），没有动力。又想转行了。可转什么呢？

if you have been working in industry for a while, you would know outsourcing is nothing, as long as you really have skills. there are tons of opportunities out there still and in the future, it'll only grow.

but it's obvious that if you don't keep learning and updating skills, outsourcing can easily take your job...
