大家给点建议吧-关于选offer，急!

现在有2个offer，就要做决定了，还不知该选哪一个，大家给点建议吧
A. 大公司，American style, 工作更match现在的专业
B. 大中型公司，公司成长很快，亚洲人差不多占到一半，工作和现在的专业也相关，不如A match
A比B给的年薪多一点, 要论工作内容，也更喜欢A一些; B的工作会更辛苦一点，但是B最吸引的地方是B比A多给了5000的股票option,而B的股票长势很好（最近几个月每股涨了十几$），所以可能以后会靠股票发点财，但是股票这东西以后会怎样也说不准。
选择A, 担心会失去了发小财的机会，想赌一下；选择B，担心以后会不喜欢那份工作而且也没发到；
也不知道描述清楚没，该选那个呢，愁死了，大家给点建议吧，多谢了。

If I were you, I might choose A for long term.
BTW, is the exercise/strike price for the stock is fixed or just a percentage.
If the exercise price is a fixed number, then the recent rise in the stock price actually hurt your personal earnings from the option.
