H1-B without US Degree?

I don't have US degree, but I asked my HR to apply for H1-B visa for 2007. Today she told me she already get the approve of labour department, and asked me giving her more information so that she can submit to the homeland what what tomorrow.
But I remember the government won't start accepting the application for 2007 until Apr, right?
By the way, I only submit the fax of my diploma and transcript. I am really worry its too CAO3 SUAI4 LE.
lca跟你以及今年的名额不相关的，lca很多公司经常申请一堆备用的，主要是说那个职位需要。。。。，有了那个才能向移民局递交h1申请，至于说h1的名额，06财年的有美国硕士以上学位的都没有了，所有需要名额的h1，都得在4月1号以后才能递交申请，10月1号以后生效，我不晓得你们hr说的明天办的是不是什么其他预备步骤
既然还没有递交申请，而且现在也没有可能递交，你不妨把学位证明和成绩单重新准备一下，给正式的好了
我有正式的，就是申请学校的那种，学校盖章的中英文对照版，不知道需不需要公证呀？以前有人说过肯女冠要做identification的好像？
