It looks like OPT processing is slow down. Can everyone list your mail date, receipt date, and approved date, and which center? It will be helpful for all of us here.
I just mailed out today to VT center.
Thanks.

After you have applied for your OPT?
Within two weeks of your application, you will receive a receipt from USCIS called I-797C, Notice of Action. This receipt has your case number on the upper left hand corner. After you receive this receipt please email us your receipt number so that we can track your case for you. Also you can check the status of your application by following the link below and entering your case number:
Check your OPT Application Case Status Online
After you have recived your receipt, you can also check the processing times for your USCIS Service Center for your OPT application. To do this follow the link below,
Choose "Vermont Service Center" from the "Service Center" Drop down menu, and click on processing dates next to it. This will take you to another page where you will see a table of processing dates for different applications currently processed at this service center. The date the table is updated is given right above the table. Scroll down to I-765 Application for Employment Authorization which you can find close to the bottom of the table and find the I-765 category that says "Based on a request by qualified F-1 Academic Student [(c)(3)]." The date you will see in the right hand column is the receipt date of the applications the Service Center was working as of the table update date.By checking these dates you can determine an approximate time for the processing of your application.
