请教大家几个问题，谢谢！

１。办H１和H４transfer加急，需要多长时间？加急费用是多少？

２。如果H４还在pending,就办transfer了，（H４之前身份已过期），以前pending的时间算在美国合法吗？

３。PERM从打广告到递上去受到receipt，最短要多长时间？

４。如果持有H１B签证４年了，决定再回到学校去读全职PHD，这样毕业以后还可以继续用剩下的２年H１B吗？还是可以再换６年的呢？

我只知道关于H1
1) H1B new application or renewal? Normal renewal only took about 1.5 months for me. I did not fast track it.
4) H1B 是company sponsored, it can only be renewed if you are still employed by the same company. If you go back to work after PhD, you can apply for H1B with new company, with two extensions lasting up to 7 years.

可是，不是说H１满６年就要出美国了吗？
可以工作几年，再读书，不出美国，再重新申请新的H１B ６年的吗？
