I just found out tires at Costco are really good deals
for example, they have Michelin Hydroedge P215/60R16 129$ each.
There is a 60$ instant rebate If you buy 4. Best of all, free mounting and balancing rotating etc are lifetime
Even on tirerack.com It's 111$ each plus shipping. installation will be 10$+ for each

You may find other places selling tires cheaper than Costco. But the labor was not included.
Costco is the best place to get new tires IMHO.
