换吧，不然对引擎不好。

I went 20K miles before I did an oil change on my hybrid. It uses full synthetic and it has 110K. I asked my auto mechanic he said the oil looked OK (a bit low). Dealer recommands 5K and the manual suggested 7.5K. The audi on the other hand had 7.5K miles on it and same auto mechanic said the oil is almost all charred.

如果开的里程少，合成机油也得一年换一次

我有辆fiat 500跑的少，三年才换的，三年跑了5000麦，其实换之前看机油还是清亮的，只是感觉原厂油不是synthetic，能放多久心里没底，干脆提前换了。另外fiat 500厂家推荐是8000麦换，我这个算换早了。

机油跟时间关系不大，不信你买一桶放个三四年，倒出来看看，还是清亮的，跟新的没有任何区别。如果是synthetic那放的更久，我有一桶mobileOne synthetic engine oil放了大概10年了，倒出来看还是新的一样。

跟年无关，开了多远有关。

换机油不都是按里程数来的吗？没开多少应该可以不用换。
