1998 年的Honda Accord 跑了84000 miles 车况很好，查过Carfax 没有事故。配置是基本的配置。要6000$。KBB 上的private party value的 good 价是6200$.
我还是觉得有些贵，可是怎么也讲不下价了，犹豫中，请大家帮忙看看吧。

in order for a car to get a tag, it must pass the inspection, did that person do that for u already? or you will do it on your own? my suggestion is u letting this seller do that part. Usually, the inspection would find out some problems if there is any major ones.
