如果不报保险公司的话，那买不买全保有什么用呢？我一直想不明白...
再说保险公司能看出是别人撞我，还是我自己的原因？

lot, if I were you, I would call my insurance company. Since you have
collision coverage, your insurance company will pay you after the
deductible no matter what. Even if you were hit by somebody else, you
could still collect the money from your own insurance company and your
company could subrogate from the at-fault party's company.

1, i prefer no insurance call since they would increase ur insurance if they every spend $$ on u.
2. as for the dents, there are some sort of sucking tools u can buy to take it out. if u willing to do this, i can let u know more details later before u apply it.
