Just found out today. Finally, they increased my storage to 250MB. I have been running at around 70-80% of the pathetic 2MB for years.

hoho, mine is 2000mb though i am just regular user. heard that Hotmail upgraded some regular users account to super user account by accident and will fix those soon. i am one of the lucky ones. hope it will never be fixed. hehe.
