on oct 25 i gave him a call, talked for about 3 minutes and we had no contact after that for almost three weeks. last night he suddenly called me again. we talked for a while and he asked me how i'd been recently. i didn't ask him what he was doing during the past 3 weeks, or why he didn't call me for such a long time. 10 minutes after the call, he sent me a text message, only three words "I love you". i don't know what does he really want.

actually i think we're the kind of friends who are very very important to each other, so important that sometimes you get confused what's really going on between you two. that's why i said ai4 mei4. we're friends -- i won't tell other people he's my bf and he won't tell other people i'm his gf -- but at the same time we're definitely more than just friends. inside, i think we both (maybe just me) want to go one step further, but don't have the courage to take real action. what if that one step further fails? also, as i said before: distance, distance...
