有没有大侠有类似的找工作经历：

fresh Ph.D in Engineering and Science major, no green card, no previous working experience, not even an intership, got offer from big companies like Intel, IBM, Dupont, etc.,R&D position in China's big cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, etc. Payment 10-12,000RMB per month. excellent training and career opportunities.

如果有这样的机会，大家会考虑回国发展吗？主要是美国本土工作太难找了。不想做 postdoc, faculty. Hate school to death.就算侥幸在OPT没过期前找到一份好死不如赖活着的工作，也只能是做作小角色。女生，年纪也不小了。想没生孩子前混出点名堂来。周围postdoc一大把，实在是不想重蹈覆辙。

还有一般是多少时间在美国公司里找到工作的。我们这里等一年的都有。还没完，还再等。要么打道回府了，不知后事如何。要么做了postdoc..... ft.....
