如果想upgrade，就打电话给customer service representative, 可以用停止使用老要挟，让他给你一些好处，例如换新手机，分钟数升级什么的。
如果你不打电话，手机计划是重新按月计算收钱，不会自己停掉的。

if you call to cancel your plan, at least they will offer your one month free (the 6th month) and maybe a free phone (probably not a very good one) for a one year contract. Did you get a mail which offers to give you an additional 50 minutes per month if you sign up for another year?
i noticed that Tmobile runs a promotion of 1000 minutes for 39.99 every july (at least for 2004 and 2005) for new costumers only.

没有，但昨天看完了那个你给的帖后，写了个巨长的邮件发过去了。举报了T－MOBILE六大理由要停止这个计划了。白天一天忙，晚上上网看到T－MOBILE回邮件了，要我打电话过去讨论我的计划。现在才知道可以半年半年的签吗？那个1000分钟的计划在7月的时候他们倒是提醒我，如果我再签一年可以改变我的计划到1000分钟，但我没有接受。但愿明天能有点好处，不然就是想拒了。我原来就是LOCAL店买的，给了个极差的手机，我也做为一个理由告诉他们了，不给个好手机，一定会拒，这个手机害得我从来不想在室外打电话。谢谢！！
