问一下在DELL网站买相机时,关于export license的问题

在DELL网站上买了一个SONY的相机, 被问到是自己用还是要带到海外. 如果是, 他们要问我一些问题, 好象要填个表? 类似export license的问题. 我是打算带回国, 如果家人喜欢, 就留下. 但是不知道填了表是不是要交关税? 想问一下应该填还是不填? 有什么好处和不好的地方?
