[求助]H-1回国签证需要准备什么材料？

除了H-1那张纸，paycheck, 还有公司的一封verification letter，还需要准备什么呢？

Here is some supporting document & items.
Make sure, you have all stuff to prove you have never been out of status.

Filled DS-156 form
DS-157 (If applicable)
$100 Application Fee
Passport with previous visas.
2x2 inches photos
Your initial H1B application Package from HR.
Other:
- Previous I-20/Transcripts
- Tax returne document
- Bank Statement
- EAD card from your OPT

我近期也想回国，问一下那个H1表，是不是申请签证的时候整张表都要交？但是美国出关的时候旧的I94表连同新的I94表（H1表右下角）都要交出去吗？
另外，LG（F1)的材料要准备吗？

你老公应该单独准备F1的材料吧。
