The second war initially sold as “Weapons of mass destruction, imminent danger”. After that fell apart, the narrative became “nation building, bring democracy and prosperity to Middle East”. 其实本来就是一路的啊，俩人开始密谋后来反目。只不过国际社会要拉苏灭纳粹，把苏联干的事淡化了，摇身一变成战胜国了。现在是卷土重来，连用得手段都一样。
