我们下个月就要登陆费城了，想请问前辈们关于在那生活的一些情况，如租房、购物、银行开户等，总之是日常生活和学习的信息和经验。
欢迎大家给些指点和建议。谢谢大家了。
忘了补充的是，我们是自费MBA，所以资金方面还是比较紧张的，呵呵，注了册后我们就真的变成负资产了。
Sorry that I can not type Chinese now.
Most MBA(Wharton) lives in Center City, around Rittenhouse Square area,between 18th Street and 22rd street, Chestnut St. and Spruce St. There are two popular apartment buildings among MBAs in that area: Ambassador (21st and Chestnut)and Claridge (18th and Walnut). Both are safe with doormen, and convienent to schools and shoppings. The rental of Claridge is higher as it locates next to Rittenhouse square.
For shopping, there are downtown Walnut and Chestnut Streets. For chinese grocery shopping, The Oriental Supermarket on Washington Ave outside of downtown is a good place to go if you have a car. Otherwise the Chinatown (10st & Market St) is another choice. There are Walmart and SuperFresh supermarket outside of downtown, close to the Oriental Supermarket. We also did many shoppings in K-mart close to Chinatown when we were first in philly.
