关于律师----求建议

我们打算开始办绿卡了，可是附近都没有华人律师只有美国律师，别人说美国律师对绿卡这块不是很精通，我们不敢冒然行事，想听听大家的建议，不知道是否可以找那些异地的律师(MITBBS成天做广告的那些)，但是这样就没有办法面谈，只能通过其它方式联系，不知道这样是否可行？有没有姐妹有过类似的经验？

我的一个朋友请了附近的美国律师，那个律师忘了给他们递一份材料，结果耽误他们好多事情，虽然那个律师也道歉，但是已经没有办法弥补了。

不能因为这一个美国律师干活效率有问题而否定整个群体吧!

Well, our friends' and our experiences are American lawyers charge more but don't know that much in filing immigration cases. Plus they don't understand our specific situations in gc issues.
