几乎所有用过他家电话服务的人都有过被乱charge钱的历史。
嗯，是啊。我刚来的时候第一个月他收了我680块的手机费。跟他吵了2个月，最后收了70块。后来退home phone的deposit就不提了，历时半年，就为了40块钱。再到后来手机contract到期，明明提前一个月跟他们说了，他们最后还多收了我一个月的月租费，并且最后一个月是不能打电话的，我也懒得跟他们吵了。反正我跟我身边的每一个人都说，绝对不要用att,除非想考验耐性顺便练练口语。。。我觉得我的口语就是跟他们一次次的交锋中练出来得哈哈
还是riteaid 好啊。

被officemax还是officedepot坑过一次，30刀啊！！（记不清是哪个了）
其余的rebate我全都拿回来了。提醒jm们，寄rebate的材料的时候，把所有东西都订在一起，不然那些工作人员粗心大意很容易就弄丢你的东西，然后就硬说是你没寄给他们。我那个30刀的rebate就是的。当时给他们打电话，打了好久，最后把我气哭了！！我还记得我一遍哭，一遍说，I will never ever buy anything from xxxx. And I will strongly sugguest my freinds not to do so as well.
We almost got every rebate back. It is very important that you read the terms on the rebate form (there are always tricks and date limitations...) and do as instructed and also always keep a copy of everything you submitted. Do call them after 1 month or so to check the status of your rebates. And sometimes if they lost your documents, they will ask you to resubmit. So far we have good experience with Officemax, Staples, Circuit City... We even got back all the rebates from the cell phone deal from very notorious online vendors. Remember that this is your money and you deserve to get them back. Call them and always ask their names and tell them you will make record of your conversation. For bigger amount of rebate, use Certified Mail to send the documents and keep the receipt.

还有， 寄rebate之前我都用数码相机把所有的东西拍下来， 以防寄丢了， 留作证据。

量还挺足
丹麦曲奇曾经是我的最爱小点啊，办公室必备，可这也是发胖凶手之一，只能忍痛戒了
寄出去的东西都留备份，不给就ＢＢＢ之，它们就老实了
