copy the pic from excel, then go to ppt,

"edit-> paste special-> choose picture"

一个dummy的便法就是用键盘上"print screen”的键。这样全屏的bmp就在内存里了。打开photoshop或ms paint，paste一下。然后锯掉边，save as即可。

一个小建议：用gif各式更好。因为不是自然照片，仅仅是图表，压缩比更好。可以存的长宽尺寸很大，文件size也很小。这样到了ppt里面再缩小可以让图像清晰。还可以设定底色为transparent，对于非白色底色的ppt文件效果很好。

实际上，当你简单的用paste,你把整个excel data table都拷贝到ppt中了，不信你可以double click the figure you just pasted into the ppt, it will bring up the excel table containing all the data.
