[求助]请问怎么除小狗身上的跳蚤

我的小狗最近受跳蚤之苦，皮肤有几块都破了，很痒。我已经给它用了除跳蚤的浴液和项圈，但是似乎没什么作用。大家有什么推荐的药吗？最好有具体的药的名字，我这里离pet smart 很近，可以很快去买。

Why? is it sth in the shot? but my babe got the shot twice,it is not prolems.
