3，5万的emergency fund大家都怎么处理的？

就存银行？ 利息这么低的说。。。还有什么保险点的，好点的方式不？万一有事能马上拿到的那种
你看你要不要分期做定期储存，比如一月存五千，二月存五千，以此类推。分开存成六个月到十个月。然后每一笔都存成一年的定期这样即使需要钱，也可以马上取出来几笔。

风险和收益是反的
如果有更高收益却没有更高风险的东西，那就不合理了

Roth IRA 是占用每年最多5500的IRA limit，
不是好的放emergency fund 的地方
建议都是6到9个月的支出
推荐money market account
或是 balanced fund 这种有股票有bond的综合fund，
比较灵活，当然收益不会太高了
CD 也好，最好是到期自动再买新的，要不忘了的话interest停低的。

Yes. Unlike Traditional IRA, Roth IRA is after-tax, it can be withdrew anytime. But only for the part you invested, not the capital gain.

I'm not qualified to contribute to Traditional IRA due to income limitation. If you can, of course contribute to Traditional IRA first to get the tax benefit.
