想问一下已经工作的华人们，估计在美国多就能住上自己的房子，我是指不用还贷款。
OMG,我想我30年后能PAY OFF我就高兴了, 这里的房子都要1M!!话说回来,我都还没有开始买房子么, N年吧!!

I have worked for 7 years. Just bought a townhouse last year (around 25 M). I only have enough to pay 10% down. It takes forever to pay off. Why do you want to borrow a loan? If you want to live in US, you kind of having to get use to this idea. Even in China, many young peple borrow loans when they buy a house.
