federal refund2-3周前就到帐了。state refund还没动静。
今天google一下，到州内相关网站check status, 发现查不出状态，不过给了我800电话。打过去，等呀等，终于一位lady接了。

确认我身份后，说从file看，no refund for me coz there's no tax withholding. 我一听纳闷，几百块怎么就没了？？赶紧说不可能, I work for xxx and they withhold state tax. 她就问我有没有copy.  幸好我当时扫描了一份在电脑里（还有hard copy在家），就翻出来，她问了我某2行的数字，我报上。她记下，说somehow there's nothing on the two lines in  my record. 然后告诉我大约2周后退税。

不知道是哪里出了错，不过留备份，追踪讨还是可行的。
