chase CC application 竟然没有记录？？

我在上周一用电话申请的chase master card,今天打电话check application status, RP told me there is no application record in their system, chase 怎么这么差劲？我当时没有记下rp name and ID No. 我的信息不会被盗用吧？（我比较担心这点，以前有没有ggmm遇到这种情况???)
上周还申请了boa and citi check account, 今天打电话过去，还要好多docs，such as working verification letter, utility bill etc.. 一大堆文件，申请个checking account 还这么麻烦，真倒霉！
citi的你如果有他们的卡就很容易
没有卡开个ckecking account跟申信用卡似的，恨不得查你家祖宗十三代

Give them another call. Most of their CS reps are nice. And, make sure you write down the name and ID# this time.
