哪个方便？手续费哪个charge更高？如果用ATM card需要跟这里银行打招呼么，还是直接可以在中国用？
我在美国，最近要回中国，但是没在国内取过钱，想问问情况。谢谢了！
I am not quite sure, but I would go with the travelers check. What bank are you with? If it is BOA, here is the link that might be helpful:

我刚去银行开了帐户，没有告诉我有什么bonus啊 。我是看到网上开户有$50 bonus。 但是我问了online help的人，说必须American citizen 才能apply online。 我就只好去local banking center了。。。
关于网上申请,有个MM曾经分享过她的经验,我COPY PASTE过来
其实在我给MM的那个连接里也提了
"online application for Boa checking, u can choose PR with green card, I just chat with online RP. Pls find following chatting record:
In order to apply for an account online, we require: (a) A current physical U.S. residence address, and you have been in the US for at least one year (b) A social security number (must be a U.S. Citizen, or legal resident), and (c) That you must be 18 or older. As long as you meet the above criteria's and you have a state issued ID you can select the permanent resident with the green card option. "
还有,即使去银行开户,也可以把CODE告诉他们,或者把网页打印下来给他们看,试试可不可以用
