Are you talking about using Citi to pay bills or paying Citi for outstanding balance?

If you need to make a payment to Citi from your checking account, follow the following steps:

1. log in Citi online account, which will lead you to the Account Summary page

2. Move your curser to the “Make a payment” tab towards the top of the screen, click the “Pay credit card online”  and “Pay now” option

3. Set up “Click-to-pay” online bank payment information by providing your checking account info include bank routing # and your account #

4. Then follow the 3 Make A Payment steps to pay your credit card bill (specify the amount of your payment, the date you want to have the payment posted, etc.)

Using Citi Credit Card to pay off another non-Citi credit card is a balance tranfer. You are correct. Citi has not yet offered options to use Citi Credit Cards to pay non credit card bills from online. BOA has this option.

我是用citi bank 的 ez checking account付我的水费账单。可以electronic 吗？我设了payee, 然后付费，没看到选付费方式的地方。

不是用citi 信用卡付帐单。
