I think you can pay the tuition with any credit card as long as they have the cash-back or promotion programs.

幸好discover是5%，那么即使有手续费，我还是赚了。。细细。。

不过有的学校不接受CC支付,我们学校也只能网上支付可以用CC,柜台只收现金或者CHECK
5%的话,还是赚了啊,可惜我知道的晚了,来不及了
