有没有问问国内的银行,这种情况可以贷款么
"限制外国人买房的政策" is for 外国人, not those resident out sea. If you still have Chinese passport, I think you are not 外国人.
Do you still have "shen fen zheng"? If you have, just use it, never mention you now live outside China (just as if you only take part time job all the years in China, so no records). I belive the "shen fen zheng" and passport are two systems, not linked together. Of course, get a loan in China may be a issue though.
Just my 2 cents. Correct me if I am wrong.

我想帮国内的父母买一套房，因为北京的房价太贵，一次性付清难度太大，父母已退休又不能贷款，所以我想以我的名义买下来，让他们住。可是我在美国工作，怎么才能在国内贷款呢？尤其是最近新出台的限制外国人买房的政策让我更加不知道该怎么办？问了几个国内的售楼代理，她们也说不清楚该如何办？

好像是贷不了款的，因为你在国内没有单位，没有单位出具收入证明。我认识好几个都是在北京买房的，但人家都是一次性付清的。

是啊！我知道有人是在亲戚朋友开的公司里，办假的工作证明和收入证明，然后贷款买房的。要不然，很难贷到款吧。
