相信大家在银行都有开户, 想请问一下,
比如说 A 的银行户口 B 是受益人, A 不幸过世了.
B 需要什么文件和手续可以去银行领A的存款???
现在很多人开户但是都没有放I/T/F 或BENEFICIARY,
为了保护自己和家人的利益, 我觉得这方面的常识还是需要适当的了解一下
大概了解了一下, NEW YORK 好象是受益人只要提供以下,银行就可以给钱
1. 合法证件
2. 死亡证明书
3. LETTER FROM ADMINISTRATION ??? (什么来的?)
但第3有疑问, 有银行说要, 有银行又说不需要. 有哪位知道DETAIL呢?

what about individual account?
合法证件指的是A的还是B的，有点疑问？
还是指可以证明A和B关系的文件？

B 的也就是受益人的证件
