上次申请CITI E-SAVING的时候在ONLINE,没有提供PROMOTION CODE. 后来电话去问他们,可否加入, 他们说不可以

i asked what if i close the account, and re-open in the future. Is that qualified as new customer? They told me, we will treat you as existing customer even though you close both of your accounts!

Does anyone have trick to deal with this kind of case?
