呵呵,好玩,就SD的长这样吗?还是大家都差不多

有没有LA的啊？估计还没跌倒谷底呢，大家（包括seller, builder, broker, and banks）都在咬牙死撑着呢.....一旦有人顶不住，令房价跳了水，就会引起骨牌效应的.....

I was watching HGTV "what does your house worth?" . A couple lives in San Diego( if I don't remember wrong) for 25 years and they kind of hope their house worth 900~ 1Million. But guy do appraisal said at the end of show it's worth 830~840 They are really disappointed.  Appraisal guy told owners they have to realize recent market situation.
