Has anybady heard of it?

I just received a statement from citi group saying I've maximized my benefit this year, the thing is that I have more than $30,000 spending on this card last month(business), but only $5,000 can go to my free miles...Can I just transfer the rest to new card or there is nothing I can do now? any suggestions?
