what do u mean 保留? if you distribute, you pay penalty.

depends on your tax bracket. sometimes even company does not match, it might still make sense to contribute.

i am guess what lz meant was whether to keep the 401k account open if there is no company matching program in place.  if that's the case, the 401k program is less attractive.  you may open up other types of retirement programs, such as traditional or roth ira.  both of them provide you tax benefit.
