credit report error

昨天去查了credit report,发现自己有好多好多的account,在仔细一看，macy家就有5张信用卡

可是实际上我只有一张阿！尽管我报过一次失，也不至于有5个account.

大家知道我该怎么办吗？打电话给macy还是credit report bureau?

还有就是我一个月前已经把这张卡close了

if your report is from equifax, for instance, just give them a call.

transunion和另一家credit bureau（汗……忘了是哪个了）可以online dispute
