Hmmm...let's see....when I am in a bad mood, I will drive on a highway in 80mph for 100+ miles with my windows open, and then go to the mall buy whatever appears semi decent.....

haha...just kidding...the first part is true. The second part...not so.

If you keep driving at that speed and lets assume there was no troopers on highways, you be coming to where I live in no time.  The point?  Mall of America.

Cops probably can't do much if I consistently drive at 80mph, since the speed limit is 75mph for the most part. I do love to go to the Mall of America though. Sounds like a great idea! Good suggestion! Maybe I should save up for a trip to the Mall of America.

Oh wait....are you actually ENCOURAGING a trip to the mall? Unbelievable!!! I though the purpose of this thread is to come up with ideas of managing the compulsive shopping!  

First of all, when you are in MN, you'd better drive not so far away from the speed limit, since lately troopers are kind tuff.  Trust me, I look for troopers more than I look on the road.

Not really.  I've never gotten a speeding ticket.  However, I drive a bit fast and I dont have a radar detector.  That's why I have to watch out for troopers.  Sometimes, troopers are picky even if you go off 5mph over the limit.

Most of the time, I just follow the traffic.  Never be the first one or the last one.
