7月底online开的，当时saving & checking都没钱，呵呵

后来陆续用paypal折腾了几次，又俩账号transfer了几次，

反正balance没超过100，结果等到11月还没动静

就打电话BOA CS，这个电话被transfer给了至少4个人

前后说了1个半小时，最后终于有个老太太记下了我的信息和promotion code

说是把我登记在册，等marketing部门核实了之后给我消息

然后我又开始等，不到半个月，check就到了，我的$125，嗯

What's the catch?

I want to open an account, so I can bring some money from China through BOA/Contruction Bank.  Last time at the airport, the Chinese custom said I could not take more than $5000 out the country on me.
