I used free efile from H&R last year through a link from www.irs.org. This year I received some emails from H&R but didn't pay much attention. And I went to the H&R website again from the IRS website. This time, in the end, I was asked to pay $9.95. And it can't be changed, even though I tried to access their website again through that free service site www.hrblock.com/goto/ffa.
