刚买了房，利率很高，7%。想refinance, 何时开始好？ loan agent 说最好6个月后，但我们不太相信他，因为他在closing 时无故加了2000刀的费用。以前有估算的closing cost 。

一般refinance可拿到什麽利率？哪家loan company 好？

You will have to shop around for lower loans.

7% is kinda high.

Very useful. Thanks. Roughly looked over the website you recommended above, the rate is much much lower than the one we got. We are just greenhand at real estate. Still not sure which one loan company is more reliable with high reputation as well in the US???
