call the CSR

if it's your first time in this year, usually they will waive the late fee for you

and if the first csr you called did not waive, call again and try another csr

don't believe the excuses they use: they need to ask manager, your credit score is not high enough, blah blah

all of them can do it, some of them are just not willing to

打了电话，csr态度很好，说是延长5天due date, 这样post也来得及了，希望这样就没有late fee了
